Mcdonalds Mitchell

Everything except the cheeseburger was fine - I ordered through Uber Eats, got my nuggets and fries just fine and then I opened my cheeseburger packet and saw just a beef patty, cheese, pickles and NO BUNS. Why would you leave the buns out when it's called a cheeseburger? Whoever made that is probably going through something but it does not mean you should mess up someone's simple order.

This McDonald's is in a great location just off the highway. It has all the standard features of a McDonald's anywhere. There is plenty of parking, the inside and outside of the store were very clean and the staff were very nice and quick preparing my order. My coffee and hash browns were very hot and fresh this morning. Lovely! I've had mixed experiences here but it's nice when you have good ones like today.

I gave this McDonald's 1 star because it did resemble food, that's where the expectations stopped completely. I get that takeaway isn't a home cooked meal, however considering it is way more expensive than cooking your own food you would at least expect at 8.30pm at night for it not to be stone cold. Ok occasionally in a whole feed something may not be hot that's expected, chips, fillet of fish, quarter pounder, all stone motherless cold. To say lift your game would be an understatement. Shame on you!
