Nesuto Canberra is perfectly located in the heart of Canberra City, a short walk to major shopping centres, eateries and other hallmark buildings. The rooms are okay but the aircon unit is a bit noisy and the room temperature may not be adjusted to due a notice on the wall! They have high-rise bath tubs. So just be careful when jumping in and out of it. I accidently rolled on my ankle and now nursing tendonitis :( :( The front-line staff need to be more friendly and warm especially when checking out. Mine was not the best. The guy at the desk hardly acknowledged me to ask a question if they could hold my luggage. My flight back home was late in the afternoon and I had to carry the 6 kilo bag on my shoulder for approx 6 hours leading up to my arrival at the airport. The weight aggravated the tendonitis!! So at least have initiate a little interaction with your guests to check if they are okay and need their baggage held for them. Given that it is hospitality industry with a lot of competition from neighbouring hotels, polish the basic customer service skills.

Pros: - located in a convenient location right next to Canberra Central - must be vaccinated (or have medical exemption) to stay so at least you will not be staying with anti-vax protesters - cheaper than other places in a similar location Cons: - wi-fi was not reliable at all and I frequently ended up using my own data - everything from the bathroom to furniture is much older than the surrounding modern hotels but it is cheaper

I was in disbelief to receive an email after I had made a booking at this establishment that I had to divulge my personal health records in order to keep my booking . Discrimination that I am disgusted with . If it were proven that this Covid 19 vaccine actually was effective at preventing the spread of this flu that would be another matter . Do they also require if you have been vaccinated for chicken pox or measles or any other diseases or illness ? I definitely will be warning everyone

I didn’t even get to stay . I made a booking for myself and daughter to experience an educational weekend . I received an email that we had to be fully injected . I find it offensive that anyone besides my GP would ask any of my private medical information . Discrimination at its finest . Give this place a BIG MISS
