Cafe Vivo

Enjoyed an Almond milk cappuccino and raisin toast while waiting for nearby shops to open. Friendly service with a welcoming relaxing space. Spacious indoor and outdoor seating available with parking available just out front or next to the cafe. Clean with a variety of food available dine in or take away for a quick stop.

Amy is the definition of the small business owner giving it a crack! Heart and soul goes into Vivo cafe and its a great spot for a morning coffee stop or casual informal meetings etc. Amy uses Karvan Coffee which is another local roaster so supporting Amy and Vivo cafe supports other local businesses also. Busy times are mid morning 9-10am and the usual lunchtime rush.

I always love getting the eggs Benedict here as the chef is always generous with adding on the hollandaise sauce and I never struggle with cutting the sourdough beneath (a common occurrence elsewhere for myself). They eggs are always poached to perfection and the meal itself is delicious!! A perfect gem of a cafe hidden in between the industrial area.

I don't usually give 5stars but this café hidden away in an industrial area certainty deserves a 5 star rating. I paid $10 for 2poached eggs w.avo on toast and a well made coffee. I've spent 4 times the amount for the same at popular cafe's in the city and other 'popular' cafe's in cannington. The customer service was great.
