Love the Special Brownies Sundae!
There were plenty of brownies bites, huge scoops of ice cream as well as chocolate fudge! We've ordered cookies paradise and coconut chocolate ice cream, absolutely loving these!

Not as rich flavors as there are in other branches. Many flavors were sold out. Average service and vibe compared to other shops as well.

Good ice cream combinations available for a nice chocolate fudge brownie sundae although the price is high.Customer service wasn't great though as they missed out the brownie this time we ordered it. There were about 5 staff just standing and talking so the server was distracted.

Customer service was very disappointing. Mitzi served me yesterday. No smile. Just a stare and asked what I want with no thank you just handed me the ice cream cone. No professionalism. She was just gossiping with her colleague. This wouldn't have bothered me at all if she was able to make a customer feel welcome and not disturbed. It doesn't take much to provide a warm smile. The shop wasn't even busy and I was the only customer so can't blame stress and pressure being the source of her rudeness..

I'm surprised at the rating for this Ben & Jerry's.
My misso and myself have been multiple times. Every single time, the staff have been kind and considerate.
They've gone above and beyond, letting us know which icecreams have nuts, which are stronger (e.g. dark chocolate type flavours) and other information that really showed they went above and beyond.
The flavours are delicious as always and the position is prime for an after-movie or post-dinner treat.

Always decent service here, and yummy ice cream, love having it in the cinema for my movie nights!!

Customer service was not professional at all. Waited 3 minutes to get served for the girl to ignore us and get another staff member over. The woman didn't listen to us when we called out to change one from a cup to a cone well before she was going to scoop. The serve size was way too small.
