I've been coming to cape town ever since I was a kid. One of my most fond memories coming to Cape Town were eating ribs in pirates. In the many times I've visited Cape Town since I have always visited pirates at least once and had the 700 gram ribs.
Every time I go I fear that it will not be as good as I remember it and yet every time I'm amazed by the best ribs I've ever had. A huge bonus are the low very reasonable prices which I believe are under priced for what you get. It might not be the fanciest place and not in the best part of town but if you truly want to have the best ribs that you will ever have I recommend you visit pirates.

I think this is but one of the few places where you everyone in your family can enjoy themselves..great food and live band and much more.come have a look won't be disappointed.

This is just one of those feel good places I used to go to when I was younger and still enjoy it. My recent visit was as I expected, great food and company, also the waitress was super helpful and the manager, was so accomodating, she did everything In her control to make us feel at home.

This is an irregular haunt of mine as I only go there when I'm in the area. Pirates Steakhouse first caught my attention because of the Art Deco building it is in. Art Deco architecture is my passion. My visit on Tuesday was pleasant. Good service, good food, and a quiet atmosphere, not too hectic.

The staff are amazing 👏🏾! I've only been there twice but I had a great experience on each occasion. The food is really good and the portions are great. The bartenders are awesome, too.

Had great service but we went to see the place and ended up ordering. Nice atmosphere especially at suppertime, as they have live entertainment. I have been there previously.

My friends and I are over the age of 40 and we love going to Pirates to dance the night away, especially from midnight onwards. A lovely atmosphere... a mix of ages, thankfully, and diversities and a pretty cool crowd. We also love that it's in the burbs so we don't have to spend too much money on an Uber.
We hear that the food is great too😁

A spot with a lot to offer. Went in expecting a dive bar situation, only to be pleasantly surprised with the offerings there. A nautical themed bar area, a restaurant tucked away, a dance floor with a dj sourcing the music and a slots section.
Went there for drinks, ended up on the dancefloor, next I will have to check out their steaks.
