My wedding reception was held at the Masons recently and the organising by Maxine and Jamie Lee was exceptional. They took care of the decorations, food, drinks and atmosphere. We had a three course meal which was amazing, large helpings, served hot and service by their charming staff was impeccable. Highly recommended for large parties or intimate meals for two

Birthday & Food at The Masons Arms I spent yesterday afternoon at The Masons Arms, Marshfield, Cardiff, celebrating my birthday, 51st, or 43rd Ex-VAT I prefer to count it. I want to say thanks to all the team here, I had a lovely day sat outside & inside this lush local pub. My wife and I ate here (a little later than was good for us😊) and strongly recommend the pub to anyone, and of course the great food. We had a lovely lamb curry from the specials board, and I had my favourite meal from their menu, the 8oz rump steak salad with a side order of sweet potato fries, rare steak and some Tabasco/mayo on the S-P fries, works every time! Beautiful food, great beer, lovely staff, thanks everyone @ the MA for helping to make it a really special day for me. 8 of us have just had a wonderful Mothers Day Lunch at the Masons. First impression is how clean and well cared for the premises are. Ours meals were delicious, every plate cleared, with the food fresh and hot. Although extremely busy the service was excellent, the Staff were friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If I could give 10 stars I would and we will definitely be back very soon.

After a house move this is our new 'local' and couldn't ask for better. Lovely friendly and helpful staff and gorgeous food. Sunday lunch is to die for and better than many restaurants that charge a lot more. The festive lunch was lovely. It's also dog friendly, lots of parking and outside space for the summer. A great place to go whether you want a meal, or just a swift half...
