Popped in yesterday for some filming and lunch, although it was their busiest time of day & we were a group of 8 they accommodated our needs & we’re very friendly. I had a chicken bacon and mayo baguette which was fresh and tasty, the rest of the group were happy with their orders, we really appreciated the extra care. Thank you

Having driven past a few times, I thought I’d try it and it did not disappoint. Great place for a catch up with friends or to do a little work. Good choice of seating, interesting decor. I enjoyed a coffee with shortbread and the gentleman who served me was friendly and polite. I’ll definitely be back!

I am absolutely convinced that I have reviewed this place before, but am happy to do so again as Google seems to have forgotten it! This cafe is well placed for Roath Park and Pleasure Gardens, making it ideal to pair up with a walk before or after. It is also dog friendly. There is a small car park if required. Food and coffee are decent, with the food in particular having some specials based on time of year, in addition to staples and favourites. The build your own breakfast option is a great touch. This is a fairly regular haunt for us, with two and four person options in the front and larger tables towards the back. Staff are friendly and this is your best cafe option around Roath Park area.
