Such a shame to see Debenhams closing, I've always enjoyed shopping here.
The staff have been poorly treated by people who's stock trade are lies and deceit.
But what goes around comes around and I hope those responsible suffer long and hard.

My experience at the Chanel counter can only be described as totally amazing. The service I received was outstanding. I came away with my purchases feeling on top of the world. I shall definitely be returning soon.

Had a stunning hot chocolate and cake while mum was in the nearby prison visiting. The cake was light and airy, almost like mousse and tasted divine. I managed to grab a few bits around the shop as well and it's great you can sample the perfume. The staff are really friendly and polite

My word the ladies in the Coast changing rooms are some of the best shop assistants I've ever come across. They were SO helpful, getting something from the back room which was not available online and was about to be sent back to the warehouse, also getting outfits they thought would suit, and helping us decide on a bridesmaid dress. They were funny and sweet and super busy, so how they managed to keep a smile I have no idea. It made the shopping experience very easy and enjoyable and I would utterly recommend paying the Coast store a visit.

I always come here for lunch when shopping. The service is a little slow but I accept that because the food is always lovely. Great place for just a coffee, for a light bite or a carvery. The only comment I'd make on this occasion, the seats were dirty, covered in food. If they are cleaning the tables they should ensure threw seats are wiped down too.

Fantastic range of luxury goods and at really competitive prices ,lots of helpful staff , which is a rarity in today's high street shopping experience.
Also, the diversity of products and services ,with a really nice cafè to top it off !
Why bother going anywhere else than good old Debenhams ! ......

This store has been there for years. On the site is also the place where Mary first burned a Protestant alive. The store is insidious in terms of pricing as it has struggled in the recent years. I have seen intend labelled multiply in prices. A bag I bought had prices ranging from 100 to 13 pounds. But if you can spend time you may find some good deal.

Bought a lot of clothes here. The same clothes seem to be hanging around for a long time. Clothes are of a good quality and diverse designs, and not that expensive comparatively. Good when new stock displayed.
