Garden Centre Cardiff

Bright, air, and welcoming ,friendly staff, well planned out both in design and layout ,cafe ,bakers ,and the new deli which is near completion ,you could spend an entire day admiring all that they have to offer ,and to top that a huge array of indoor and out door plants , you can also shop for clothes .Staff should have some credit as they make it a happy place to shop,lovely ideas for gifts as well, they have it all .. lovely environment for meeting up with friends Thank you Blue diamond .

Had excellent Customer Service at the Garden Centre today (Thurs 18 Apr) I was looking for Regal Pelargoniums and one of the ladies putting plants out said she'd find them. Couldn't. We carried on shopping and she suddenly turned up over half hour later with about a dozen to choose from. Amazing. Her name was Helen and we hope she gets a pat on the back at least, from her manager!

Is it a garden centre or an out of town shop? It’s a coffee shop with a deli, a farm shop, a clothing store, a gift shop, home wares and a garden centre. It might not be your idea of a garden centre but the plant areas are still quite big with a large variety of very mature expensive plants to the pickup and go for your garden. Overall a good shopping experience but not a cheap experience no matter what you’re buying.

Having worked there as a Christmas temp to tick me over from my permanent job (closed during Christmas), I can honestly say the staff there are so down to earth, patient and genuine. There’s too many colleagues to name but a special mention to Katherine and Tom (plants) Sam Cary (General manager) Michelle (warehouse manager) and Perry (manager). You are all extraordinary people who operate above and beyond your job roles and you all need the recognition you deserve. They are all leveled and speak to staff with kindness and respect, leading by example and higher management if you are reading this; they are simply excellent people. It was a pleasure.
