It's a Subway, and a good one, but there's only six seats, so if you want to sit down to eat there just hope that a family hasn't gotten there first.
If I were to make a suggestion, I'd say there's room for a couple more seats, and perhaps outside seating on days with good weather (they used to do this I think, not sure why they stopped if they did).
