Burger King

Clean quiet restaurant which should of been a warning considering everywhere else was rammed. We ordered 4 large cokes and 4 99p burgers. The burgers were ok but the coke tasted like plain soda water even when drinking them the liquid was almost clear. Made my sister and I both feel queasy after drinking them. Wont be back again.

We prefer this fast food joint over the alternative. The breakfast hash browns are served in a ball shape at breakfast times and taste so delicious. We ordered the flame grilled whopper meal. The burgers are juicy due to being flame grilled and not overly seasoned. The fries are cooked to perfection. The staff are ok, not usually much of a service with a smile. The cleanliness needs addressing, especially to the leather seats. There's dust, food and grease down the cracks of those seats which has clearly been there for a long time

Came here for food on Monday the day before Christmas eve. Food came to £25 odd for 3 of us, wife paid by card, the till operator said it didn't work, assistant manager came over and transferred the order to next till and had wife to pay again, using pin this time instead of contact less. Paid £25 again. Get home check bank we been charged twice like I said. Food was lovely but deffinatly not worth paying double for it will not be going here again.

Service slow. My order was wrong twice. Food cold so I returned it, staff not wearing gloves when preparing food.. 4 Customers had done online survey on back of receipts and were given a code for a free burger. 3 members of staff had no idea what to do..manager came out, sorted it after a long wait. Dirty tables and floor.member of staff asked a customer to pick his feet up, whilst he was eating and started to mop under table, but left chips etc there. Toilets upstairs are filthy. .no wonder it was quiet. Will not go there again!

Got charged 5p for a bag even though we ate in. Food went cold when I had to return coke zero because it was just soda, the coke had run out. No apology when asked for my 5p refund. Manager just plonked in my hand and walked away. Shocking service standards. Give the jobs to people who actually want to work in hospitality. Won't be going there ever again.

Staff is ignoring the customers it now happened twice in two weeks time that I was waiting to be served and the staff were chatting behind the counter and ignoring me when I was waiting. Also the customers who came after me got served while I was already waiting to order. The toilets are always dirty and stink badly and there is never any soap available. Disgusting customer experience would not recommend.

About average for a large franchise. Had to wander about the restaurant to find a clean table, my partner was given the wrong burger in the right wrapping (but enjoyed the surprise, rather than taking it back) and my burger managed to achieve an almost impossible physical state of tasting really dry, whilst being really greasy! Pricing is what you might expect from a big chain and the food and service are adequate and acceptable, if never impressive or exceptional. Ok to stop in quick if you're really hungry and fancy a burger, but you'd be very disappointed if you were coming here for a treat or special occasion.
