I'd never been there but it was a really cozy cafe that had modern elements and was just really raw in its interior.
I had a matcha coffee which I'd never had or heard of before and was actually pretty good!

One of my new favourite haunts! The atmosphere is very comfortable: faerie lights, plants, and study desks. I was even met with a little sign in the bathroom telling me I was doing well and that I should be proud of myself (in life not.. in the bathroom). My food was delicious, and the staff were really lovely. I even got a discount because I planned on studying there. Will definitely be coming back!!

Fantastic little student coffee shop to study in. Super friendly staff. The shop has a 10% student discount which was lovely. I had a chicken tikka panini which was rather mediocre however the cool venue and friendly staff made up for it. Will definitely stop here in future for a coffee after Uni :)

I pop into Bricks 'n' Morter whenever the bus gets me into Cardiff too early for my appointment. The staff are always perky, friendly and ready to serve ones needs.
Indeed, given the lovely experience of drinking coffee here I've started getting an earlier bus to make sure I don't miss my coffee at Bricks 'n' Mortar.

Really cozy space to chill! I went with a friend to hang out, but a great place to grab a bite and get some work done as well. Really affordable too!

Usually busy and definitely quite studenty but the staff are so welcoming and there's a good selection of sweet treats and drinks. Think the prices are in line with other similar places and everything is very Instagrammable including the inside of the cafe. In my top three 😋
