Taco Bell

This place has a massive sign that says “open for breakfast” and sign on the door that says they open at 7. It is 7:15 and there are workers inside but all the doors are locked and people are driving up and then leaving because no one is answering. Not sure what is happening but that is frustrating and they are losing a lot of business. I would not try to come when they “open” if I were you.

At 11:46 pm Wednesday may 25th me and my boyfriend were hungry trying to order food, the person taking the orders in the drive thru working was completely intoxicated. there was nobody else in line just us, Worker tried saying they had no chicken , then they kept insisting that I order 4 of a item I said I only wanted one of. I said forget it and drove away AS I DROVE THROUGH THE WINDOW THE WORKER OPENED THE WINDOW AND FLIPPED US OFF‼️ Good to know this Taco Bell location don’t care about their customers keeping employees that hate their job . Sad

This location is the 2nd worst Taco Bells in our neighborhood. It is 2nd because the other one closes at 7pm due to staffing issues. In last night's drive thru experience, I had to go through twice because I couldn't add to my order at the window. Under the circumstances of being short staffed, this was understandable. In the 1st round, I ordered Pepsi Zero but was given Diet Pepsi because they were out of Zero. I'm ok with them running out, but was not ok with not being notified and given other options. I was only made aware when I went through the 2nd time. When we got home, all of our crunchy tacos were crushed to the point that they resembled nachos and the crunch wrap supreme was missing the crunch ingredient. Overall, we can sympathize for their staffing issues but sacrificing quality for whatever reason is just poor practice. If it wasn't for my wife wanting Taco Bell food, I would have stopped supporting this business a long time ago. On top of that, I've complained to corporate and have heard nothing back.

Service here is really bad. First off, if you go inside, be prepared to wait a long time for your order. 10-15 minutes wait easily, even if you order just 1 or 2 items. They focus on drive thru, don't consider you important if eat inside. I get it, a lot of places are short staffed and all that, but the fact they don't really even acknowledge your presence even if you're standing at the front counter. Went through the drive thru a few times, last time they didn't even include napkins in the bag. (Found out after I drove away and stopped to eat.) The same guy didn't ask if I wanted hot sauce, I had to ask myself. These are just basics of fast food service and they don't do these very simple things. Went inside to eat another time, the employee there informs me they're out of nacho fries for the nachos fries box, offers me a cinnamon twists as a substitute. I say that's fine and ask if we can get the nacho cheese since it comes with the nachos fries but he says "I can't do that for you since you're not getting nachos fries." (SOOOO IT'S NOT THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT THAT YOU'RE OUT OF AN ITEM, IT'S THE RESTAURANT'S FAULT YOU DIDN'T ORDER/PREPARE ENOUGH. AND IT'S ADVERTISED ALL OVER YOUR FRIGGIN MENU BOARD. AND YOU REFUSE TO INCLUDE A SIMPLE ITEM (THAT ONLY COSTS 50 CENTS) THAT IS ALREADY IN THE VALUE MEAL THAT I PAID FOR?!?!) That part didn't even seem the worst of it. The same guy (didn't get his name, they don't wear name badges-- Hispanic male in his 20s) who refused this places the order on the counter (and didn't give out my drink--which is included in the value meal--without me asking for it). The bag falls over, he doesn't say sorry, the cinnamon twists fall out onto the counter and I stand there thinking he's going to apologize or something and replace them with cinnamon twists that haven't touched the counter and get this-- the guy PICKS UP THE CINNAMON TWISTS THAT FELL ON THE COUNTER WITH HIS DIRTY GLOVES AND SHOVES THEM BACK INTO MY BAG! Doesn't say sorry for it and doesn't offer to replace the contaminated ones until I basically beg for it! Very bad customer service, no regard for customer's food safety and very disappointed!

Did delivery through UberEats and they didn't give the driver my drink and when he went back for it they gave him a small drink when I had ordered a medium! They also gave me the wrong sauce packets. Had difficulty with the manager when I called the store. I think I'll stick with Rubio's from now on.

Ordered through Door Dash with delivery to a local hotel. Waste of money - ordered 4 items and only one was made correctly. We paid extra for sour cream and meat on two different items and didn't receive either. We asked to remove lettuce from one item and tomatoes on another which they also ignored.
