I ordered a Blue Moon Beer and they did not have the beer; nor an option close to the beer. Then I ordered the calamari, they were out of it. Settled for the fish and chips. The fish was over fried and greasy. The fries were greasy as well. My friend ordered the wings...they were ok. Nothing to rave about. The service was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and quick to service.

Local hang out. Low key atmosphere. Good food and drinks. Good outdoor section if you rode your bike or brought your dog. Plenty of televisions to watch sports.

One of our stops every time we're in town; comfortable, good food, great beers on draft, variety of good liquors. The definition of casual.

When someone recommends a bar for fresh caught seafood pasta and homemade posole you can't help but react with genuine skepticism. Fortunately now I can be the one to see the faces of skeptical people because this food was good!
Other positives: The food and drinks were very reasonably priced, the service was fast and attentive, and best of all, no wait or reservation needed on a Friday night during a holiday weekend. You better believe everywhere else was packed and double the price.

Service was good but it didn't have a comfortable feel. Kind of felt like everyone was a regular except us. Other patrons kind of gave us the eye like we didn't belong.

A total carlsbad dive spot. Fantastic bartenders. Heavy pours. Hit and miss food. Overall great spot. Lots of space for both big and small groups
