Carlsbad Brewing Company

Carlsbad Brewing company is nicely hidden around a bunch of businesses. Their beer is all over the flavor spectrum from your stouts to some tasty sours. This was a brewery I had been wanting to go to for quite some time and I’m glad I finally stopped. Their food is also incredible, I got to try 2 of their burgers and this is definitely the route I would suggest to everyone who is hungry.

I attend for a lunch meeting during working hours. I won't be able to comment on what I imagine are fantastic craft beers, but gives me another reason to go back. I can comment on the excellent food and service. The meals were delicious and presented well. The service was great. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The facility is large, inviting, and nicely decorated with good music. Looking forward to returning to try a flight of their craft brews.

This place has it all. Staff: friendly and knowledgeable. Food: delicious bar classics and some solid innovations. Try the pizza! You will be glad you did! The beer: incredible selection. If you’re a beer person, this place will impress you. They almost always have Pliny the Elder on Tap, in addition to many other Russian River beers. The vibe: classic bar posters and motorcycles create a friendly and cohesive decoration. The overall casualness creates a really warm “neighborhood bar” vibe. This place is family friendly and generality pleasant to be in. I would recommend this to anyone seeking great beer and food in Carlsbad. Ps. Theirs a good view of the airport so if you enjoy watching the planes come and go, you’ve got a great seat. The noise is not a problem, because of the distance and smaller planes.

Massive drink selection with a more selective food menu, which also didn't dissapoint. Burger was massive and very good! Dog friendly and kid friendly for a Friday night outing. Very friendly and accomodating staff who take the time to get to know their regulars. It is a favorite of my hosts and definitely somewhere I'd go back to. Interesting vibe in a very corporate/industrial area.

I used used to really like this place, but recently I went with a group of 4 and had almost zero service. I don't know what happened to the service, but we decided to change dinner spots and just closed out with one round of beers. Pretty disappointed now. And it's been like 3 years since they opened and they still don't make any beer.
