Order was completely wrong. Somehow, guac ended up outside of the bowl, rather than inside. Food is very cold. Employees refuse to pickup the phone and purposely hang up when we attempted to contact for at least a partial refund for missing order items. Wouldn't be surprised if we somehow got food poisoning from this location. If I could give this place negative stars, just for sheer incompetence, I absolutely would. Do not go here.
I didn't know people could be this incompetent yet here we are.

Came to grab dinner after watching a movie at Cinepolis next door and they're pretty much out of everything. No white rice, no black beans.... etc. I was there 45 minutes before closing. What on Earth? They said they could make some but it would be 30 to 40 minute wait. Insane.

I always love Chipotle, but this particular location the young lady who served me was friendly, bubbly and made the visit just a bit better. Portions were excellent as was the food quality

The worst chipotle ive ever been to. Everytime my order is wrong, made poorly, and tastes horrible.

The most consistently bad Chipotle around. Poorly managed. Kept trying because of convenience for the family, but now drive across town because I’m tired of the inedible beans (overly salted a la Pacific Ocean) , poorly prepared and / or skimpy servings. Cleanliness and kitchen sanitation are also a concern here. Needs oversight and a ton of improved management.

Portions were very small, chips were going stale, food lacked flavor... Seems like I a place that used to be good and now takes advantage of being the only chipotle around the area. Please trust the newer low star reviews. They are all correct on their statements
