You guys need to take off your "new opening sign" I have come here 7 times already, and each time, my experience is slightly different. Consistency is the problem this restaurant needs to work on, both on their waitress service and the way food is served. I have ordered the bulgogi bowl the last four times I've been there (I really like it), and is actually kind of funny to go over the differences each time. The bowls have too much sauce, or too little, the rice can be nice and sticky or very firm and cold, the portion is either normal or very noticeable smaller, the gyoza is either hot or cold. We didn't get the miso soup that is supposed to come with bowls the first two times, the third we had to remind the waiter, the fourth time the waitress was amazing and didn't forget about us. We we will still come here. Their ramen is way better than the other restaurants close to our place, they are the only ones with the clear noodles, and the price is not bad. I just hope they shake off the "new restaurant" stage soon, so that they are more consistent. **Update: had to knock off another star. Our last visit, was worst than before. No sauce on bowl, cold rice, and had to remind three different people our order was not completed. Very disappointed.

Excellent sushi! I love good sushi and it is difficult to find a place that has consistently great fish. I have found one and Moiza is it! We tried this place less than 2 months ago and have been back about 8 times since. The salmon is always "like buddha" and the tuna is too! I judge a sushi place on the salmon first and the tuna second. If a place is good, they seem to have great salmon or great tuna, Moiza has BOTH consistently! Plus great tapas. We love the brussel sprouts... yeah, the brussel sprouts. Did I also mention the price? Not only great sushi consistently, but the most reasonably priced (did I mention we have been back 8 times in less than 2 months?). You need to try this place before everyone finds out about it and it gets famous.

Garlic edamame and Moiza ramen is the go to. So much flavor and chill atmosphere. Downstairs is admittedly weird but that doesn't lower it's score. Food is too damn good. Black garlic ramen is pretty earthy so you better like garlic. But still really good! Kimchee fries are unreal. Calamari is eh. Might have been abbad day but wouldn't get again. Ask for the spicy oil bottle and some siracha. Oh and definitely a bottle of soju!
