Wetzel's Pretzels

Rip-off! They don't follow their own rule posted on the menu for all to see. The guy kept throwing away receipts, not offering them to anyone. Bought a pretzel & he grabbed my receipt & threw it away. I said I didn't get a receipt so wanted my money back, as it says on the menu. He printed another & handed it to my kid & argued that it didn't count since he gave me the receipt - after I had to ask for it (and he gave it to my child, not me). Said I could return the next day to talk to a manager. He then kept throwing away receipts, not offering them to anyone. If you cannot follow your own rule, then why have it? Not returning here ever.

The two older ladies were super rude that we're on closing shift on March 23, 2021 (Tue). They closed their shop 15 mins early. When my loved one asked about the pretzels they had on front, the ladies told us in Spanish that they're closed with an attitude without even looking at us. First of all, we spoke in English so why respond in a language we're not familiar with with such an attitude? Like seriously, those ugly-hearted ladies need to take a class on how to be a decent human being. Disgusting attitudes will lead to an unhappy life for them.
