Super clean, friendly service. Shake machine out of order because of supply chain hiccup, but that wasn't their fault. Double beef and cheddar was hot, fresh, and awesome. Keep up the good work!

Terrible service, the last two times I've gone and ordered a French dip sandwich they have forgotten to give me the dipping sauce. I tried calling the location multiple times but no one picks up. Besides that their service is never friendly and the line takes 20 minutes to get through. I would strongly suggest not eating here.

Dirty ice and there was an ant inside my drink. Fries were good, my sandwich was good, the first half at least until I looked inside my drink, refused to finish the other half.
Customer service I received was standard.
