Pizza Hut

Waited over an hour and this is 2nd time our pizza has came dry and almost no sauce. The moisture it has is grease from the pepperoni. Our specialty pizza fared a bit better this time but it was my kids asking for pizza and theirs was the one ruined. Delivery drivers are always fast and very friendly at least.

Call last night order Chicken Alfredo . The guy says 20 mins he will have it out to us . 5 minutes till midnight I call up there they inform me there isn’t anyone there to bring it to me . So now I’m mad she says we will credit you I said I want the food for my kid no really tripping on the credit . She then says yep ya can’t have it now . I said yeah I can because we owe that to me for the inconvenience she says nope I’m putting it in your file You ain’t getting it and really I mean I don’t want the credit but of course I’m going to take it because of the inconvenience And when I go to write the review I realize they close at 11 They didn’t take my order till 11:15 They had already been closed for 15 minutes never called me And I realize now it must’ve been the call center. Bit it is thier responsibility To be in cahoots with the store

Placed an order via the app, no problems. When I went to pick up my order, I sat at the window for several minutes before someone approached. They asked for my name, which I gave, then they walked away. Another few minutes goes by and the same person asks for my name again, which I gave again. After another minute or so, a new employee opens the window and tells me they are out of pan crust and have to make one of my 2 pizzas with another crust. That should have been handled as soon as I arrived. I then had to wait for my 2nd pizza for well over 20-25 minutes and when I received it, it was cold and not well made. I was also not offered a refund or any compensation for the awful service and product. Clearly, better management is needed. I could tell many other customers also were having issues with their orders as well while I waited for mine.
