Longhorn Country Grill

The best part of the experience is the rolls and cinnamon butter. The steak isn't great quality and it's often overcooked to your preference. The last steak I had less marbling than select top round roast. It's certainly not the worst place to eat, but it's not anything special. The staff is kind and courteous, and the food is always hot, but it isn't worth your hard earned dollar if you can be bothered to grill your own steak at home. The Sunday buffet is the best bang for your buck, and the best display of the chefs' prowess. Outside of that, everything else on the menu is generally unremarkable.

Been here three times. Once the buffet on mother's day, both other times ordered from the menu. Always have had above average food and great service. Prices average $12 per person plus drinks for good size portions. Bar drinks kinda expensive in my opinion. All these reviews saying over priced I'd guess drank their dinner instead of eating it.

There was not a good selection of food. The pictures on line are misleading. It is not worth $11.99. They are slow to replace the already limited amount of food that was on the bar. That's to say, it was not a good variety of food there. We told them several times that the mashed potatoes were scorched. However, they never took it off the bar. As a matter of fact, when they did refill it, they kept refilling it with the same scorched potatoes. It is not worth the price, nor is it worth the drive, for I had driven there for lunch from Shreveport off the pictures and description that was on FB.

The food was horrible and very overpriced. We did have a large table of people but the waitress was also the only bartender and only served the bar, not us. We were charged gratuity of almost $60 which under normal circumstances would have been perfectly fine but not when we were there for over 2 hours and only got one refill and another server had to bring us our food due to her "bartending" the two people sitting at the bar. And they were out of ribeyes and sirloin steaks. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone.

This was our first visit and it will most likely be our last. We were greeted by a polite woman as soon as we walked in, seated and then our unfriendly waitress Wendy came to take our drink order. While we were trying to look over the menu she came back to the table and I was trying to ask a question about a menu item, she immediately cut me off and stated that we needed to hurry up because she had a large group coming in and was trying to get ready for it. We placed our order but when it was ready it sat in the cook window getting cold until another employee finally decided to bring it over to us. Wendy never checked on us even though she passed our table a couple of times to go serve her 1 customer at the bar. The lady that seated us ended up refilling our tea and checked us out so when we left we made sure to hand her the tip, there was no way that I would have ever left a tip for rude Wendy. The food was only OK, Chicken Fried Steak and okra were decent but the burger was pressed meat that was extremely dry and tasteless.
