Whataburger

Easily the worst Whataburger. Most times, I go out of necessity only. Typically, the breakfast biscuits are either stale or overcooked. The burgers are rarely hot. The service is slow and you'll often get a wrong order. It's a revolving door for employees, so the "oh, sorry, this person is new," is a worn out excuse. I used to love Whataburger. But as time goes on, this place has soured my whole outlook on the establishment to the point where I avoid Whataburger everywhere. I'm just tired of being disappointed. When you spend 10-15 bucks per person, you'd expect a decent meal, but it's just to fill a hunger need and won't be something you crave.

Hope you’re not in a hurry when you go here. After waiting ten minutes for the car to move up enough to get to the menu to order, they asked me to hold on a minute, that lasted about 15 minutes and then they finally spoke through the speaker and asked if they had taken our order yet, seriously! And had to wait longer still in line, just to get the food and I’m glad we checked the order, cause they forgot to put that bacon that was paid for on the burger.

I usually love visiting Whataburger. Person who took my order was very polite and professional. Lemonade was watery. Staff member I told said she would check and/or change it. I saw her as She just walked around and when I mentioned it to her again she stated that it had been changed. Don't lie to customers especially when they can see you doing nothing to resolve the issue. Sad really. This was my first time visiting a Whataburger in 3 years. Was only passing thru on the way to the Valley. Won't be stopping at this location in the future.

I was so excited to take my boyfriend and his son to their first Whataburger on our way back up north. Unfortunately this was not the place to go. The burgers and fries were super cold, despite us having to wait for them. The burgers looked shriveled and old. It wasn't busy, so I'm not sure what was going on.

Been to this location a few times with no problem, but this time we got back to our hotel with a burger that had no meat. Doesn't that go on first? How the heck is that missed? To tired to drive all the way back, so just ate the $7 bread with mustard. I'm curious why the owner never post responses to their reviews. Responding improves the public's perception.

Placed a web order. They forgot 2 large shakes, husband turned around to go back and get them. Got home, and go to eat my DOUBLE burger, only to find that my Double actually is a 1 1/3 burger 🙄 cool. At this point, it's 11 at night and we put HOURS of driving in, and gave no energy to go back (again) to have it fixed.
