Pizza Hut

I recently moved to Carthage. I tried deliver and carry at this location 3 times in my first 3 weeks living here. All 3 were horrible experiences late cold pizza and rude employees. Pizza Hut corporate didn’t care as well as this locations manager they wanted to send me a gift card for another cold late pizza. I decided to try Milano’s right down the street. First of all the quality of the pizza was much better, fresh not frozen ingredients, a far superior pizza, they utilize door dash which I had never used before so the first delivery was free and on a Friday at 4:30, peak hours, it was delivered fresh and hot in under 30 minutes, I’ll never eat at any Pizza Hut again EVER. Pizza Hut Carthage cost Pizza a Hut life ling customer.

Do you want a place that's down to earth people there treat you like family go in there and ask for Cheryl she's very sweet lady she's been there for a while and you can tell cuz her hospitality and her kindness hands down is her top qualities. All the other staff members there give it their all and they make sure that you're happy with your food before you even leave.

I would recommend that, if there is no delivery driver available, the option to order online for delivery be disabled. After placing my order online, I was called and told that you had no delivery driver on shift (this location offers delivery) and that I would not receive a refund until 3-5 days. Pizza is not cheap and eating out for families has become a luxury so having to wait up to 5 days for a refund due to no fault of my own is unacceptable.

This is the second time that I have ordered delivery from the Carthage restaurant and both times my order was over an hour late. The first time they delivered it to the next door neighbors and had to remake it and they forgot the Parmesan shaker that I paid for. Yesterday even though I ordered online an hour and a half prior, I had to call the restaurant twice after receiving a text that the driver was out to deliver our meal 50 minutes prior. Ordered at 3:50 for 5:30... received order at 6:15. This place is absolutely horrible.

I had a horrible experience yesterday 11/14/21. I ordered pizza and they forgot my order. I waited an hour and 20 minutes and then had to drive to the store and pick up my order. I always seem to have bad experience just about every other time I order from Pizza Hut. They always want to give me a free pizza in return. I want them to fix the problem instead of just giving me a coupon every time something is wrong
