My experience in the past has been horrible!!! Today, 3/25/22 was the best I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t feel rushed when placing my order. And Zoe(y) was excellent with taking my order, my 13 yr old nephew said ‘now that’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE’. She was the truth!! As long as she’s taking my order I’ll always return. Keep up the great work Zoe(y)

Walked in stood there for about 3 mins with several employees looking toward me and nobody spoke to me. So I left. That was today last time I was there I ordered a coffee Cinco and they didn't know how to make it. It was just coffee with ice cubes in it. This is the worst Wendys I have ever seen.

The breakfast here is the BEST fast food breakfast ever. Do yourself a favor and go get some!
Carthage Wendy's is one of the best Wendy's. The employees are always polite and friendly. My order is always correct. It doesn't take long in the drive thru line. The inside restaurant is clean. I don't have a picture of my food this time because I ate it too quickly. I highly recommend the Carthage Wendy's.

The service was horrible. The order was wrong. The employee was rude. Then I got upset. Got money back and I went to McDonald's. End of discussion!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hate this place and they should never have started breakfast ..last week they didn't have biscuits or croissants we did a run for work and had to get breakfast sandwiches on buns that we got charged extra for even tho they didn't have the right product...

For two days in a row I have ordered a vanilla frosty Chino and what do I get looks like straight coffee. Plus I asked for Sweet and low and no Sweet and low in the bag. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

Did a mobile order. Wanted to try the pretzel bacon double. Came up to window. They out of pretzel buns. I was like fine. Give me regular bun. Already lost money on price difference. Then I get home to find out its just a single burger instead of the double I ordered. They aren't wearing their mask either. Never going to this wendys again.

Messed up my order 3 times, same trip! Finally just left money and all. Corporate should clean house!! I love Wendy's usually, but this is horrible.
