The Prairie Inn is truly the unsung gem of east central South Dakota. Great specials every night for us hungry and cold hunters as well as having plenty of cold beer and good whiskey. The prime rib sandwiches are something I could see on the menu at Peter Lugers Steakhouse in New York City. Dianna was our evening waitress/cook/bartender for most of the nights we were there and she was fantastic. Even offered me a free bourbon of choice on the night of my birthday. Thank you all for the hospitality.
