Red Lobster

Food was great as usual, but the service has gone downhill... Servers seem disinterested, you have to ask for cutlery multiple times, there is no one checking on you periodically either! That too on a not a busy evening by any stretch of imagination! Coming to food, no complaints there... Tried the Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon trio with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli... And the Lobster Lover’s Dream – Roasted rock lobster tail, butter-poached Maine lobster tail and lobster-and-shrimp linguini in a creamy lobster sauce... This was outstanding and is a must try... Tried the premium side Creamy Langostino Lobster Mashed Potatoes which was melt in your mouth stuff... And of course the Cheddar Bay biscuits... They can't go wrong on the food but the service needs to improve!

So sad! It used to be if you were going to Red Lobster it was a big deal! Food used to be decent for a chain. We should have gotten a clue when the parking lot was so empty on a Friday night, but we were hoping we just got lucky. Salads came out with our meal, and was practically onions and cheese. Mine had so much water in it I could have drained it. The food was terrible, only luke warm and tasteless. Expensive meal for 2 people and I left over half of mine untouched. Shut this location down or change the managent. I cannot tell you how disappointed and disgusted we are!

Because of the pandemic and that I have a low immune system I've been staying away from restaurants as far as dining in, but we went to the restaurant and it was after the lunch hour so it was less crowded. The server's social distance us from other people which was wonderful and the food was excellent!!! Our server Jackie was on it, friendly and took care of us. I'll have to time it just right again. For those who can't risk being compromised this is a great way to experience dining out.

My husband and I went on a cute little impromptu date night. Our server was really nice and knowledgeable. She suggested the red sangria over the white sangria and I loved it. Our cheddar bay biscuits were delicious and hot. Our food came out quickly. I got the filet with Brussels sprouts and loaded mashed potatoes. I really enjoyed my meal minus the Brussels sprouts because they were hard and not edible but the sauce and seasoning was delicious on them. My husband went with the endless shrimp and enjoyed the different variations but was a little disappointed that they were out of the sauce for the coconut shrimp. Nevertheless we had a great experience and though there seemed to be a lot of people there because there was hardly any parking, they spaced everyone out so it seemed like it wasn’t super packed. We will visit again!

Horrible service! Went to Red Lobster tonight with my family (party of 10) had to wait 45 minutes for a table which is to be expected on a Saturday night. When our table was ready it took the staff an additional 20 minutes to clean and set up the table. The drinking glasses were nasty and it took over an hour and15 minutes to receive our food while our guests who arrived after us received theirs first. This restaurant doesn't follow any CDC guidelines regarding covid, they seat all the customers in one area and had the other area of the restaurant blocked off. Social distance doesn't exist at this place! The lighting was super dark we could barely read our dinner menus. If I could give zero stars I would. It just sucks we all spent over $500 for a crappie experience. I'm sure other mom-and-pop restaurants would have been happy to have our business.
