Moe's Southwest Grill

My husband loves it her, but I’ve not been overly thrilled. The staff is hard to hear and don’t seem happy to be at work. The one gal looked quite unkempt with her hair everywhere. The chips we received were half smashed into little bits, but hidden by the full chips. My burrito was okay, but I just didn’t feel like it had a lot of flavor. Too expensive too, in my opinion.

My husband visited on a day last week where multiple kids were running laps and screaming. This was evidently also the day they decided to undercook the chips and also offer few salsa options. We've experienced some sub-par attitudes among the staff here too and the dining area can be kind of messy. And so for those reasons- I'm out.

I used to come here all the time but they’ve gone way downhill since the pandemic. Last time I ordered food here it was bland, had very few toppings, and I felt sick after. A few months later, I decided to give it another shot. I ordered from Uber eats but Moe’s got the order completely wrong from what was printed on the receipt. I got no queso, no salsa, no chips, and got my entree all wrong. I ordered again and this time they got my order right but the quality of food was the same the last time I ate here. The ingredients don’t taste fresh and they don’t fill the stacks with hardly as much as they used to. I really want some good old fashioned moe’s, but I don’t think I’ll ever get that again.

No more Joey, no more deep fried tortilla bowls... And I didn't get a "Welcome to Moo's" Got the homewrecker burrito and it was good. The woman making my burrito had the most amazing Booba currently in my field of vision that I created a new dream. I don't need a wife, just a woman willing to let me stare between her Booba and my burrito.

The food tasted great. However... I Was rushed through the line ordering. Upon time to get a refill.... I asked to get another cup so that the germs from my cup did not get on a drink machine. I was denied twice. I watched as more and more people drinking without lids or straws refilled there drinks... spreading there germs on the drink machine. You can do better Moes. 😳🤦‍♀️😐During a time of a pandemic.... getting a NEW cup PRIOR to refilling your drink is mandatory for customer health and safety. Please fix this. 😐

Excellent customer service! Food tastes great! The reason of my 3 stars is the amount of food you get for the price. I got a bowl. Too little rice and too little beans for what I am used to get at other Moe’s. They were very generous with the meat I have to say, but definitely one service spoon of rice and one service spoon of beans is too little for a bowl.

I don't know what was happening with the staff today, but the entire staff shorted my burrito bowl on every proportion. They even charged me extra when I asked the lady to give me a full scoop rather than the two pieces of chicken she put in the bowl. And the kicker was the guy dealing the chips. Usually Moes is wonderful. Always gives a full bag of chips. (I'll attach a pic if I can) Today, the chip guy hid the chips from me and made it look full. I got home to find barely anything in the bag. Like Chipotle level of chips. Weighed it. 100grams. Are you serious?? And I know they under proportioned all my ingredients in my bowl, because last time I came here, I weighed my bowl against my roommates to beg mine was more full. Today it was 200grams less than that. And I ordered the same thing. This is the third time I've been snubbed by one of their employees, specifically the guy dealing the rice and bean and protein. I'm done. Never coming here again. Find a different moes.
