It was good. I especially liked the variety of hot sauces. I tried a couple 9s... Not very spicy. The sandwich was good.

Very bad customer service. I ordered two midum sub and mentioned to do not put any suace what so ever and I come home and see they put mayonnaise on both of them . Call to talk to the manager and manger give a nasty attitude.
Managers needs to be trained to how to deal with customers and keep the customer service quality higher.
Being going to this place for long and never had this experience before. Just had it today.

Great subs, kind of pricey but its good to treat yourself every now and then. They offer a reward program where you get rewarded for purchases. I was not told this by cashier but saw sign and joined. Don't like that point expire it kind of forces you to go back.

I customized my sandwich using the mobile app. I asked them to not put mustard or tomatoes on, which they did, however all they gave me was turkey and cheese. The lettuce and mayo were left off, making the sandwhich really dry. My order is never right when I order from this location. All they care about is making money not making customers happy

In the past few months the staff at this location has become unfriendly to the point of rudeness. I was actually angry before I could leave the counter after ordering my sandwich because the girl taking my order obviously couldn't have cared less and never even made eye contact. The food is still good but the attitude of the people working there has become a deterrent to visiting for lunch. Too bad.

LOVE this location ABSOLUTELY THEE BEST! Cassaundra assisted me VERY WELL... made my sandwich just the way I always get at firehouse.... I the turkey blt that was made to absolute PERFECTION! Great Job too your whole team!

The subs are always good at Firehouse but this location needs to obviously reevaluate what it means to have good customer service. The staff isnt friendly at all and are rude. I ordered two subs just to get all the way home to realize those weren't the subs I ordered. Drove back up there and the employee named Matt snatches the bag off of the counter, goes to the counter behind him and grabs the subs which were mine and throws them on the counter. Not once did he apologize for their mistake nor did he offer to remake my subs.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and my wife's was wrong. Saw another customer leave because they waited so long. Don't know what happened was there 2 weeks ago and it could not have been a better experience
