Einstein Bros. Bagels

This is the only Einstein Bagels close to us. Every time we come we know the service is poor we have just had to tolerate it. The employees always get the order wrong, and if you tell them that you had asked for something that was not in the order or was switched, they look at you and say something like "that is not what you said" and just stare awkwardly. They do not even offer to resolve it, change it, or anything. Today we drove into the drive through and there was no response. We waited a few minutes and thought maybe the drive through might be broken. We pull up to the window and the woman standing there looks right at me and walks away. This is 15 minutes before closing, so I figure they may be short staffed. We wait a few more minutes and I beep the horn. Both employees standing further inside look at me, and go back to what they were doing. Another couple minutes go by and my wife decides she will just go inside. She comes out with bagels and I ask if they said why they ignored us and she said no. She said they were rude and thought it best to avoid conflict. Guess this is just the norm at this location.

Gotta love DRIVE-THRU bagels! And free wifi. I came in a Sunday afternoon, expecting it to be more crowded, and was pleasantly surprised. Counter staff were cheerful and efficient (and delivered my order to my table), which offset my disappointment of the outage of "everything" bagels. Lots of seating at this location. Clean restrooms, which are wheelchair accessible. Four outdoor tables.

Employee was rude and not helpful after I walked in to pick up a mobile order. She informed me that they were out of the chicken to make the sandwich and asked me to select another item. While attempting to look at menu at other side of room she rudely and loudly asked me what I wanted. At that point I requested to cancel my order and a different employee told me I had to call their 1-800 number. I have visited this location many times prior to COVID precautions and have experienced or seen the employees/managers act annoyed and rush customers while ordering.
