Wingstop

OK prepared wings but they were small compared to other places. The boneless wing were an OK size but were dry and overcooked. They said my wait would be 35 minutes but it was shorter than that. The service was ok and the place was small. Their spiciest wings were not very spicy. My 8 year old daughter had the mango habanero wings and said they were more sweet than hot. Not terrible for fast food but I doubt we go back.

This guys are incredibly bad in every aspect. I called at 8pm for 12 wings. They took 30 minutes: I get the order and it wasn’t right (uncooked wings). They apologize and remake the order. 45 MORE minutes AFTER (9:15pm) they give the wings: they put the wrong flavor on it. 1 hour and 15 minutes and they couldn’t get 12 wings properly done. This is incredible!!!

This happened(for whatever reason, the picture of the rotten chicken is not being attached to my review🤢), so did the vomit. The manager said I should go dig the other half of our uneaten $50 dinner out of the dumpster and bring it back to get a refund or i could have store credit. I am not dumpster diving for a refund when I have shown the manager a receipt and a rotten piece of meat that was sold to me by this location less than 30 minutes prior. Unacceptable, disgusting, and extremely poor customer service. Run!! Save yourselves or at least take the skin off every piece of chicken before you bite into it.

Apparently original sauce is dry and sauce less . You must have to order atomic for any flavor at all. Wing places in general seem to be a joke in the last few years. The only place that seems to be any good is pluckers if you order them wet. I'll be driving the extra 15 minutes from now on. Oh yeah my wife's boneless wings were overcooked and the original had little sauce while the Korean BBQ had tons. Also paid extra for drums only and got half wings. I'll be calling for a refund tomorrow.
