Panda Express

Rarely a wait here and service is super fast. Food is good. Staff are some of the nicest you’ll find at panda. I go here a lot for convenience, price and ease of service. Loss of one star because when quiet there are tables that should be cleaned faster. Not to say there aren’t clean tables but there shouldn’t be one left Uncleaned when there is nobody here!!

ordered online to be delivered "later" but they never asked what time. delivered in 30 minutes, no knock on the door. they just left it on the front porch. and i called 10 times to try and change the delivery time but no one answered. never ordering from this location again! FIX YOUR PHONE and your website

This location told my wife there would be a wait of 15min for honey sesame and an additional 15 min for fried rice. She said the kitchen closes at 8pm, but they are open til 10pm. She made my wife feel like she was thinking " why are you here so late. I want to go home." This is terrible customer service, but I don't blame the cashier. I blame management for poor training. Poor management is visible in the employee. So she went right down the road to the location at 1431 and Parmer. They are so nice there. These guys know what customer service is about. They said no problem we have everything you need. The location at Walton way and 1431 needs some training from the other location. This is not the first time we had a bad experience at this location. We will definitely freqpuent the location at Parmer and Whitestone from now on. Good luck!

I'm not selfish, I donate to women's shelter quite often. I do volunteer work. But that's on my own accord. I'm not pressured to do it and I'm not put on the spot either. I'm really sick of this place putting me on the spot every time I go to the drive-through asking me to donate to the children hospital. You're a 3 billion dollar company and you're asking me to donate. Here's a thought, how about charge me a dollar less on my order and use that dollar as a donation? I used to donate all the time when panda asked. But when I drive away I would go off about it. I don't really have a lot of money at all so when I can finally get fast food once every two weeks I chose panda and I regret going there due to the peer pressure it causes.

We like Panda Express very much, but this location is really bad. The chicken teriyaki we ordered today had only 3 chicken pieces, the same for the second bowl with Angus Steak !!!! The management should seriously teach the kids working there to be more generous, or if that's the policy (which I doubt) to change it. Will never order again at this location. Every other ones are OK!!!
