Kfc

Waited an hour for our food. They gave it to the wrong person 2 times. We never ended up getting our food. When we asked for a refund the shift manager was incredibly rude and blamed us for her giving our food to the wrong person. About 7-10 people got there food between the time we ordered and the time we finally got a refund. Our order was only 2 of the 5 price tender meals. The manager spent her time yelling and belittling her employees but didn't make an effort to help them get on track. I honestly have never seen service this bad in my life. We ended up going to taco bell and they made our food in 3 minutes. This KFC had no excuse to be this bad and the manager had no reason to be rude to us. Absolutely floored!

So after watching a YouTube Review of the New Doughnut Chicken Sandwich and feeling my pulse race while I watched in amazement of this glistening mound of Doughnuts and Chicken I swiftly jumped in my car and raced slightly slower than my pulse down to my nearest KFC. Upon my arrival to the drive-thru I quickly placed my order, pulled forward and was greeted by a very kind associate that collected my coin. Moments later my sweet bag of warm deliciousness was being thrust out of the pickup window and into my wanting hands. I proceeded to race home, this time perhaps a tad faster than my pulse and b-lined it to my kitchen island where I peeled back the lid of the carton that housed the antidote for my now thumping heart beat. My eyes glazed over with the sight of the warm white doughnut glaze that engulfed the doughnut on top and bottom and effortlessly flowed over the crispy chicken between. This sandwich is pure heaven and the term finger licking good has never been more true.

Bad service, 45 minute wait to get the wrong order. I don't think its possible to explain the level of incompetence that was happening at this place. I called and complained to KFC HQ. They offered to refund me my money but I declined because I actually got food. it was just wrong. I regret that decision and should have taken the offer of a refund. I will never return to this KFC and it may have soured me on eating at other KFC's. This place needs help bad.

Got back tonight, waited 15 minutes for the food. I asked if the person ahead of me ordered a lot. cashier said yes and blamed the wait on the online orders that come in for the delay. Ok I get it, so after 10 mins in line waiting they ask me to pull around to wait in front of the doors. Another 5 mins go by, I go inside and ask for a refund and to cancel the order. The food comes out as I ask about a refund. We get home, there no napkins or any kind of forks in the bag to eat with. I can’t recommend this place to anyone I know after tonight’s experience. The slow service made us miss the first quarter of the my favorite nfl team tonight. That’s a big no no, whoever runs this franchise or owns it, prolly needs to get into action and straighten it out, every other kfc I have been to is way better than this one.
