Drive thru today. Lines split into ordering stations. Order was taken quickly and the we merged back into one lane for payment. Picked up my drink and then had to pull up and wait for the rest of my food. Twelve minutes they delivered my burger and very under cooked fries. Maybe it was because they were busy, but that's not a good enough reason to wait that long for bad food.

I just went through the drive-through. When I pulled up to the window to get the food the guy put his finger inside the cup. I’m sure it’s not intentional but with the pandemic I would expect him to be a little bit more safe.

Ordered on the app, but still had to wait 25 minutes for food to come out. By then it was all cold, they forgot the sauces, and there were no napkins or straws. Basic stuff that just shouldn't get messed up when your ordering from an app. Disappointing

Worst McDonalds ever. 2nd bad experience in as many visits. Went through the drive through which took about 5 minutes from ordering to get to the window which was plenty of time to have ready 2 Big Macs meals and a 10 piece nuggets meal. After paying and getting our drinks we waited another 4 or 5 minutes before we were asked to pull into lane 5 for curbside pickup. After waiting another 10 minutes I got out and walked to the service door and rang the bell. The same guy working the drive through came out and said "Sorry, we forgot, what did you have?". Another 3 or 4 minutes go by and he hands me 2 sacks. 3 orders fries and 2 Big Macs. No nuggets.

McRib Season!!! Yes Lordt!! This is the only thing that brings me to McDonald's other than their fish filet sandwich. Their fries are my daughter's favorite. Other than that they can keep their menu. Their food sits in my stomach like rocks!

The signage said they were enhancing safety protocols with masks and gloves, yet no one, including the manager, was wearing gloves. This is the first drive thru I've been to that didn't wear gloves. Food was good, but the no gloves concerned me.
