Took forever to get the things we ordered. Once we got it the ice cream was great!

They won't write happy birthday on one of their cakes unless a cake decorator is there. We waited 5 minutes to even be greeted while standing at the register and when we asked them to write happy birthday they said they won't have anyone in at all today to do it.... my husband asked if he could use their piping bag to do it and they ignored him.

I hate writing negative reviews, but we have had three less than positive experiences at this location. The service is always slow, and often they do not have a full ice cream case. The last two times I've gone there were no waffle cones and the size of the scoops was very small. A regular size scoop looks like a child's scoop at other locations. I now try to avoid this location and instead to to Parmer lane where I get great service.

If you have a sweet tooth this place is for you. With Baskin Robbins and Dunkin donuts combined in one store, you can get your choice of sweets. The store is hit or miss on being clean. The staff has been friendly most of the time, but I'm guessing the turnover is pretty high, so new employees all the time. There's a drive-in which is convenient, but you won't see all the variety if you don't go in.
