Eureka!

My meal came out to $77 (including the tip). I ordered the Fresno Fig Burger, the spinach and artichoke dip, and three alcoholic beverages. Anna, the server, was very friendly. I asked her what her favorite burger was, and she recommended the Fresno Fig Burger. Later at dinner, I had the Bison Burger. It was okay. I highly recommend Eureka for gourmet burgers.

Everything was very good. Serive, food, vibe, all. Everyone should try the ranch dressing and the sauce that comes with truffle fries. I think I had about a cup each and staffs were still kind to me. Also have good drink deal. I ate little bit and took the photos so the actual food came out with more.

We have been regulars at the Huntington Beach location and have always been very happy there. We moved closer to the Cerritos area and been here 3-4 times and so disappointing ever time we go. The food is always excellent it‘s the service is ALWAYS less to be desired! Unfriendly non responsive, and the vibe is always cold here not welcoming like HB. Not sure what’s missing here but I have always felt a good solid 5 star at HB. Since this was my 4th time here I am writing my review because I didn’t not want to give less than 5 star but I have to based on the consistent poor service this Cerritos location keeps giving. I have not seeing the same servers coming here so there may be a high turnover. Even though I consider this the be a hamburger stop plan on a $55-$85 stop for 2. Wish I could say this place is a great stop but maybe just maybe you may have good service my guess is mediocre service at best. For now on we will pass up this location and drive to the HB location to get what we were used to, good food and good service!

The restaurant made a mistake and didn't include all the food in our delivery order, whatever not a big deal. I called to make sure that tomorrow would be able to pick up the rest of the order and the host Oliver confirms that all we need to do is swing by tell the manager we're here for the rest of our order and everything will be okay. He was apologetic for the restaurant missing our order. The next day Belinda the manager caused a lot of stress and wasted nerves over an $18 sandwich. Her disrespectful manner made it clear that the restaurant prioritizes money over customer satisfaction and relations. I will be avoiding Eureka! locations in the future and suggesting friends do the same.

Look at how beautiful my sandwich is!!! I got their spicy fried chicken sandwich. It was yummy! Their chicken wasn't spicy, but it was the sauce they used that was. I also really liked their coleslaw in the sandwich. Their fries were meh. I also got their industry margarita (forgot to take a picture) and that was a no for me. I guess if you like orange flavor in your margarita. Their service was great!

Everything was absolutely perfect from the decor to the attentive service and especially the delicious dishes! All the details were so clearly considered and executed flawlessly. Guac and queso chips were fresh, brussel sprouts were cooked and seasoned well, fig burger flavors worked so well and cooked perfectly medium and flavorful, ginger beer housemade fresh and spicy, ahi tuna salad well seasoned, bourbon cake wasn't overly sweet.
