Good location at the mall with an outside entrance and patio. The dining area is clean and spacious. It can take a few minutes to get seated, but once seated the food comes quickly. Our server was nice, and attentive. She knew the menu items. The food has a good taste and the portions are fair. The food and drinks are on the pricey side. I'll be back...

The service was very mediocre. I don't understand why they won't make an effort to take any dirty plates from the tables. It's hard (for me) to enjoy a dessert when the table is not even somewhat cleared. My table wasn't the only one that looked like the picture I posted. Idk if it's a Covid-19 thing to not pick up plates but they could use gloves if anything. And...they were not busy at the time, so I will definitely not be going back. I spend $300 (with tip) for a not good experience and just ok food. I don't recommend this place. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that the server handed me hot dessert plates without telling me they were hot, I almost dropped the stack of plates on the table. That's a big no no!!! They really have to do a better job training the servers!

I came into the place and wasn’t greeted well by the hostess after telling them I was here by myself they gave me no options Until I asked if I could sit at the bar and order. Once seated it took about 7 minutes for them to give me a menu. Selena was my server she only checked on me once during my meal and I asked for water which was never brought out. The food was good and a nice portion for lunch just wish the service was better

I loved this place ! My boyfriend and I came here last night and got seated pretty quick. the food was delicious and the presentation was cute! the waitress (Daisy) was super attentive and nice! she made sure we were okay and came by a good amount of times. the cooks were also very nice when bringing out the food. overall we had a good experience and our definitely coming back!

I will never grab and go again at the Cerritos location. This is the third and final time I will except terrible food and service. I ordered on line and I was rushed out of P.F.Chang's close to closing time. Once I arrived home only 5 minutes away, my food was cold, my additional 3.00 fried rice was half full, my orange chicken was under cooked and missing some chicken, and my lettuce wrap, was gluten free chicken only , without the lettuce. No condiments, no napkins and bad service to boot. You hike up the prices and want to add tip for service and this is what we get for 34.00 plus 5.00 tip. Unbelievable! I will definitely dispute this on my credit card bill , because no one answered the phone to take this complaint.
