If i could rate 0 stars i would. I have a big family so i always end up ordering alot of food and normally online. Tonight the food was hard. And not good and when i spoke to a person in charge the little girl on the phone told me "you ordered online so there is absolutly nothing i can do to help you" im sorry but that is NOT customer service and i worked many fast food jobs in my life and never would i have told someone there is nothing i can do for them. I will NEVER order from them again

My biscuits were a bit hard my legs were not very cooked well.
Was only limited to a certain amount of legs and thighs due to the chef being gone and nobody being able to cook the chicken

Very well taken care of place inside & outside (clean) quick, fast, friendly service.

Food was good,did wait extra long for my online order....didn't give me any sauce I requested or plates n utensils.... ordered almost 70 dollars of food n they put all my coleslaw under the super hot items 🤔

Was eating a piece of thigh and found a plastic in my mouth. The manager who's in charge at 18:40 on April 15th kept saying this is a part of feather, like she'd never seen what plastic looks like? Whatever you say. Be careful guys

Ordered on-line; picked up order. Order not available on time. Had to wait 7 minutes past pick up time. Food delicious.
