All You Can Eat Sushi.
The quality is okay for AYCE. The taste and variety of menu selection is good, but not great.
The service though is excellent. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The cleanliness is also top notch.
I'll definitely be back again.

Staff was nice. Food was decent. Had a nice variety, and the portions were good.
I was a big fan of the hand rolls, especially that salmon skin roll!
You know why there are no pictures? Because we were busy stuffing our faces.

I order for delivery at the same day at 1-1:30 pm. Worst sushi that I have ever tried.
1. From the first photo, you can see the rice was not stick tightly together indicating either the rice quality is bad or the chef is not skillful enough to roll it tight.
2. Avocado is extremely minimal for a California roll even though the sushi itself is big. They just adding more rice to make it looks big. Imitation crab inside is dry for both Cali Roll and Alaskan roll.
And numerous of other minor issues that I am just so tired to point out....

Had AYCE. It started good, but on follow up rounds, tuna and shrimp were clearly worse than first round. Price seems a bit higher, but other location might have raised as well. Servers seem under-staffed, but were quick, accurate and friendly.

I had went to different locations of Ozen, first time to Norwalk location. The servers are nice. Sushi rolls have too much rice and fish was not cold when it was serve. The taste was not bad but not as good as the Buena Park location. We didn't care for the food so we only did the first round and left. Later that night one of my friends didn't feel well and he vomited.
Feel like the quality of all Ozen has gone down hill after COVID.

But now one, menus change (less) and price up.
I hope - pretty soon back to normal menus and food quality.
