Sauced Up

Came in on a Thursday morning, had a great experience here. The food here was remarkable as well as the customer service. The food was nice and warm as well as fresh which is always a good sign. The flavors on the lobster fries just synergized with my taste buds. The cashier made me feel very welcomed and was very polite. A very well rounded establishment.

Great location, great food, and excellent service! We got The Hangover with tots, Lobster with fries and Lechon Kawali with rice. The Lobster was good with the white gravy, but our favorite was the Lechon Kawali (maybe it's the Filipino blood in me). Service was excellent as they happily checked if the pesto had nuts (which it has pine nuts) and also changed my order as I decided to go with fries with the lobster instead of rice. Location is right near the 605 (that's right, I said THE 605). However, parking might be a challenge. Don't be afraid to give this new restaurant a shot. Glad we did!

I visited on 12/4/21at approx 3pm. I was excited from seeing the food on IG and wanted to try the shrimp and Calamari. Disappointed to find that the Calamari was on the menu board but they no longer serve it.. The cashier was very nice, I give them that. I ordered the Large Cajun shrimp that was supposed to come with sausage, corn, cheese and green onions. I ordered it with 1/2 chips 1/2 fries. I received the order and proceeded to my car to eat before I began driving again. As I began to eat I noticed that the sausage were very dark, they appeared to be old , there was a really hard piece of sausage in my bowl and it didn't have any corn. Needles to say, I took it back. $18 almost $19 and dried up sausage! No!! The same cashier helped me right away and brought my complaint to the attention of the manager, who made my food over, presented as it should have been at first. As a consumer and hungry customer I'd like my food to look somewhere close to how it was posted on IG or any other form of social media . It did not. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit there and I will definitely not be returning. On another not the manager came out with colorful crocks on like he was at home, and the other guys had some on as well.. it was very unprofessional for a take out dine in establishment.

Drove an hour out after seeing this place on social media. Food was REALLY good, the savory fries are really good portion. Ordered strawberry fries and made it clear that we wanted them for the strawberries. Paid $15 for what looks to be a small portion (not nearly as big as the savory fries) and they didn't tell us they ran out of strawberries even though we specifically asked for them, so we drove an hour back to where we're staying only to be disappointed. We live out of state so it's not like we could try them again any time soon, just bummed.

Overall was very disappointed in experience and service I received. Friday night was not super busy, my husband and I were very excited to try their food. We ordered the Cajun Alfredo pasta, Philly special with fries and pork belly with fries. The food was prepared for takeout even though we were eating there and after opening the Cajun Alfredo pasta we noticed the sausage was missing. We had to wait about 5 mins for a customer who we assume was an off duty employee was done talking to the kitchen staff and after hearing her say there is some lady at the register it still took several mins for them to come out. They apologized for the sausage being left off the dish and that they would bring some out on the side. Philly special the meat was completely cold, there were very little fries but an obnoxious amount of cheese curd. As for the pork belly not cooked there was a lot of it but completely raw and same no fries but an obnoxious amount of cheese curd. Best part about the meal was the egg from the pork belly. Overall will not be coming back $50 of completely waisted food.
