Food wise is 5/5 but service could definitely be improved. We stood there for a good 10 minutes while the servers were walking pass us and collecting money at the cashier 😅 Doesn’t felt very nice to be walked pass like this as we were invisible. Shop itself wasn’t crowded to begin with. However, the time for them to serve our food was quick so I guess that’s good!

Soggy or nearly mushy noodle soaked in the salty but far from umami soup. The ramen quality is below the average even in Melbourne standard. Can easily get better quality ramen with the same price elsewhere (tbh even the Ajisen Ramen is better than them). I feel the service is ok, but my wife said one of the waitress roll her eye on us and I see another review mentioned it as well. Maybe the employer should pay more attention to the employee wellbeing, especially the eye health. At the end of the day, I care more about food and could not care less about the service, so I rank them below average for their pool food quality.

I went back to the restaurant and had matcha afogato. It was absolutely delicious and generous serving, and the staff who served me was very friendly. The following review was written some weeks ago. I had ramen there a few times, and it's all right. Today, I had just sweets. One of the wait staff was far from friendly - no greeting, robotic, taking money, giving me the change, pointing at food with no words meaning my food was ready so I had to take it to my table by myself. No problems to pick up my food, but it would have been nice if she said thank you. I don't think the shop needs any floor staff.
