So DISAPPOINTED I should have read some of the reviews first however I've been going to Gnache for my Cilli Chocate drink on a cold day like today this time in Toorak road BIG MISTAKE the chilli was flakes the chocolate drink was not frothed with milk but made with hot water the chocolate itself was powder as the residue was all left behind in cup and finally NO BISCUIT OMG

The hot chocolates here are great. I always enjoy sitting in and trying out some of their variety of chocolate. The service is lacking sometimes, they seem tired and not very friendly.

I was a bit disappointed that I didnt get a cookie but my friend did.. I ordered a soy hit choc. I would have preferred it in a mug like my friend with a cookie.. after all, I almost paid 14 dollars in total!!

My guilty pleasure. I come here for the beautiful desserts, marvellous macarons (love lavender!) and delicious hot chocolate.

I’ve been buying coffee and chocolate from here for nearly 12 years. The pricing has gone crazy, the service is as generic as ever and the quality of product has dropped. Looking forward to them closing shop and someone else doing better in their stead

Used to be the best for hot chocolate, not anymore. Also google hours aren’t the opening hours.
Looks to have been sold to new owners given Selenes branding in store. Less dessert variety. No biscuit with the hot chocolate - I’ve been coming to ganache for over 10 years and that’s a first.
I hope the city store hasn’t gone this way, otherwise something great is forever gone. I will try the Collins street store but won’t return to this one. It’s not terrible it’s not just exceptional as it was.

The cakes were pretty good but the gelato cannot compete with others. One staff was friendly but the manager was clearly not interested in customers. He did not look at us or greet us when we stood at the counter as he was busy chatting to his friend. Then another lady came in and again he ignored her until the friendly staff finished making our order. This attitude will guarantee a steady loss of repeat customers. We normally go to Ganache on Collin Street and the service there is 100% better.

Delicious! You get heaps of food and a good variety of things. We couldn't eat it all so we took home what was left. Drinks were delicious as well. Staff were lovely.
