Great dine-in experience in Chadstone with an extensive menu to meet everyone's needs. Staff were prompt with service and food came out reasonably quick. The Southern fried chicken burger was fairly standard, ticking all the boxes. The chips that accompany it were very good, compared to other places. New York Cheesecake is a must try dessert if available.

Coffee was great. Food was not bad either. But they need someone better running the place. The idiotic guy in charge wearing a cap and glasses is extremely rude, has no customer service skills. Stood at the counter playing with his phone instead of helping serve staff. Completely ruined our morning there. The other staff were actually all fantastic.

One of the best cafes you can spot in Chadstone, especially with the availability of luxury brands in the same spot. The staff there are very helpful and friendly in service. I would recommend their beverages with almond milk, which gives the best feeling to your taste buds. And in compliment to that, they provide mini cookies which are the best in taste too. They have varieties of pastries, short snacks and savouries which are affordable and best in quality as well. This is the best spot in Chadstone food court next to the Target, for taking a break from the busy scheduled weeks.

Quite disappointing, ordered an Eggs Benedict with added extras. It came to me without Bacon and just two eggs on English muffins with my extras placed on the side rather than added into my meal. Have not been given water and their entire wait staff team is a bit all over the place. I've had 3 different servers. The operations here are run quite poorly with heavily over priced food with little delivery on the actual quality. The coffee is nice but that's about it.

I recently ate at little sparrow with my mother. It was an extremely disappointing experience. We went in for lunch and when trying to order at the counter we were rudely told ‘It’s table service or takeaway”. So we sat down for “table service’. Someone took our Oder which was a “toasted” sandwich and a coke. The coke came in a bottle (no glass), the sandwich came cold in the middle and we were given no napkins or cutlery. We were then charged for their “table service”. You get better service at KFC their staff has more manners and at least they give you napkins.

Went with the family, ordered two serves of the salmon croquettes, my sister and I only had two bites and it put us off completely. It tasted really bland and wasn’t even a croquette more like a flat round flour based pan fried mushed up tuna. So disappointed of the flavour/texture/quality. Maccas fillet fish is better. The guy at the counter with the cap/glasses was rude. He needs better trained customer service without being so cocky. Will never eat there again.
