Longhorn Steakhouse

Food was excellent, 100% worth the cost compared to cheaper places around. The service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. We were able to order quickly and it was brought out within 15 minutes. Out of the 5 of us everyone was more than satisfied. The atmosphere is very nice, it's always clean and quiet inside. Wouldn't make a weekly habit of going but it's very nice to have a place like this in mind for celebrating special occasions or just getting a nice dinner.

I want to thank the entire crew at the Chambersburg Longhorn for helping me out with my Anniversary Plans. I had dropped off flowers to surprise my wife of 30 years. When we got there everything was set up and ready including a card from the staff wishing us well. The Food was good as usual and cooked to perfection.

Came in and ordered a kids meal like I have every time i’ve come here for the past two years. Was then approached 20 minutes later after ordering the kids meal by the manger in a completely inappropriate rude way who then said “I don’t know what’s going on here but ordering kids meals is not aloud” then proceeded to lecture us for five minutes on how we were doing something wrong by doing that. When we asked to see a menu she rolled her eyes abs brought us one when two people asked. Never introduced herself by name to use other wise I would state it here. Just came up to our table and made us feel like we were doing something wrong by being there. I have come in so many times and gotten the same thing each time so how am I supposed to know things had changed. It is not the fact that we weren’t aloud to order kids meals that upset us. That’s fine i understand the policy had changed. It was the abrasive way the manger handled it. We should have been approached it a nicer manor and treated better. Horrible management here. Our waitress was wonderful she was so great!
