First and last time ordering chicken tenders here! Super dry. Either overcooked or just sat too long and should've probably been tossed rather than fed to someone. I had to circle back and ask for the sauce I ordered and it's taking a cup of sauce per strip to not be too dry to eat without choking. Service was fast and friendly but I'd have been happier with slower service and more attention to food quality.

Second time in a row I asked for bbq sauce, honey and butter and the second time I didn’t get them. The gentleman at the window told me hey were in bag. Bring back the happy girl at the window. She smiled and asked if you need any and puts in the bag in front you. Stopped Saturday around 6pm. Plus didn’t give a receipt.

Paid $9.99 for the 3 piece box meal. The drumstick bone was 4" long and each one of the thigh bones were 1-3/4" long. All 3 were the smallest pieces of chicken I had ever seen. The bisquet was miniature as well. Is that the norm for KFC now? If you do go there check the box before you take it.

Without question or attempt to deceive me as the customer, the staff here provided my order fresh to order as requested. I didn't mind the wait based on my request and was happy they did not attempt to give me food that was cooked before I arrived as many other fast food restaurants do. The staff was also kind.

My bf and I came to kfc around 7:00 pm on April 28th. Our cashier was Haley, some other girl was also working with her. They had very poor hospitality. She rudely handed me my root beer, and food, very disappointed. Over all good was pretty good!

Welcome to KFC in Charlotte, Michigan....that NEVER HAS CHICKEN!!!!! My greeting- "Hi, ummm, we pretty much have no chicken". I couldn't even be mad this time because of their track record. This happens on a DAILY basis. Normally they don't have chicken sandwiches, possibly other things, that's just what I order. I'm just confused, how is a fast-food restaurant with the whole main dish being CHICKEN, NEVER have CHICKEN?!?! I just don't understand. After several wasted trips to their infamous known location in Charlotte aka Chartucky, they didn't let me down- for a good laugh that is. 😂🤣😂

Worst kfc in the country! You never get what you order and when you do it's slop! The staff are idiots so the manager must be a huge idiot! The chicken sandwich is cold and the wings look like they killed a baby chicken. I advise you stay away from this location. Very badly run!

This place has really gone downhill in the last year. It started with the pot pies being FULL of gristle (like every bite of meat was gristle)…this happened three times in a row. Next my husband got chicken tenders which were very tough and full of gristle. Tonight was the last straw…instead of gravy we were given brown water and the corn was tasteless and rubbery. Definitely not worth the money spent…we won’t be returning.
