We will Continue to come back to this Firebirds location. For the Good Food that was on time and hot!! The Excellent Location in South Park with parking. But also, the Respectful service we received from the Server, Airelle, and even from the manager, Dan, who made sure we were good and satisfied with everything. In that short period of time "that down home southern welcoming and enjoy your meal" no Matter were you are from" atmosphere started from walking in the restaurant. It was Worth Every Penny!!! I got the bacon cheeseburger with a loaded baked potato and a seared ahi tuna appetizer. The appetizer was just what I was looking for, very fresh and delicate. The burger and baked potato were also spot on with flavor so the kitchen definitely knows what’s up. The service was not very welcoming I had waited for water multiple times and I was rarely checked on to make sure everything was good to go. Seemed like they were short staffed maybe but who knows. Definitely good food though so I definitely recommend

Celebrated dinner with friends tonight. The food and service were amazing. Avin was fantastic. He was knowledgeable of the menu and attentive to my parties' wants. Someone in my party had her ny strip slightly undercooked, and another waitress took it back, and it came back to the table minutes later perfectly cooked. To top the night off, the dessert had a candle in it and happy b-day on the plate for the guest of honor. Some small hiccups but easily corrected and attention to detail made my friends very happy. Another enjoyable meal, Firebirds! Keep it up; I'll be back!

Our server was great she was very attentive. My husband got the Durango burger & I got the red snapper my fish ate like chicken it was tough I've had red snapper before & it was way better than this it was hard on the outside & like chewy on the inside other than that everything was great & the deviled eggs delicious 😋 👍🏾 😀

Perfect place for celebrating special occasions especially if you love restaurant experience, we went here yesterday for my wife birthday celebration as couples and we got warm welcome and perfect seating, we been to firebirds ballantyne location before and we went here with same expectation since we were closer to mall , for nice ambience, seating arrangements but I personally felt this place was more comfortable and welcoming than my previous experience, we had a excellent waitress Becca and she was very friendly and nice greeting us, we were asking her for the wine selection and she has recommended us a great one, we enjoyed totally and should say made our celebration special, she was also checking us once in a while for any things we ran out of and got us shrimp starter outside the menu we had and when we ordered the main dish she even got it split to two plates before it coming out to our table, as a customer this is the kind of service we expect when we walk in to the restaurant. The wine was 50% off on Mondays I guess, we tried Egg roll, shrimp chilli Thai,chicken wings, Salmon lobster main dish and ended with creme brûlée Togo as we were fully loaded. All the starters and main dishes tasted so good, well prepared and presented to the table. We had the floor manager or boss I couldn’t remember his name he walked to us and checked, he even made our dessert complimentary which again made our experience super special. Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone if you want to have a great food, drink and memorable experience for special occasions.
