Cowbell Burger & Whiskey Bar

This is a small establishment but worth the wait. The burgers are their specialty, and they are good. We had family visiting for the Panthers/Dallas football game and came here for the first time. Parking is a little tricky, but they validate the parking if you go to the LAZ parking lot around the corner. I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere because it was a little dark. So it made it a little difficult to read the menu. Our server was Taylor. She was great. Very patient and knew the menu and beer selections. It was very busy, but it was worth the wait. All of us had a different burger: Carolina Burger - (chili, mild cheddar, cole slaw) Boogan's Bacon - (bacon marmalade, red onion, Roasted garlic aioli) Smash Hit (caramelized onions) Imami- (Shitake mushrooms & caramelized onions) So.e of us had regular fries, but the Parmesan fries were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their selections. I will definitely be coming back with hubby or family.

Let me start off with the service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and sat immediately. Drink order was fast and brought to the table. I ordered the Ultimate Chzburger. What a monster of a burger. A thick patty of beef (not those flat smashed things people call burgers) fried onions straws, fried mozzarella patty, bacon and cheese sauce topped with a soft pretzel bun. It's a messy burger no doubt. But it was very flavorful and filling. I definitely recommend if you're feeling extra hungry and wanting to put down the beast of a burger. All in all we had a great experience with the staff and food.

The most amazing burgers I've had in the Carolinas. I went here for the first time today for my birthday. Service was amazing, the food came out in a great time, and of course the food was amazing. The best part about the bacon burger I got was the garlic sauce that really made the flavors pop in the burger. The lettuce felt like it had the right amount of moisture on it. The bacon felt sweet but not too crispy too. And the bread had this nice buttery taste to it. 10/10 experience. Definitely will be going back some time soon :).

Big, big fan! I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Fried perfectly with great flavor/seasoning. We were mostly there for the bourbon, and the choices did not disappoint. We did the flight, allowing us to try a few bourbon choices we hadn't dared buy. The cocktails were great too. Service wasn't up to the same level, with us feeling ignored/forgotten at times, but this didn't deter us. We will 100% be going back!

This place has one of best burgers I have tasted in a long time. The fries were dusted with Parmesan and the burger was flavorful and delicious. The drinks were amazing. I took my family to try something new late night and was not disappointed. Cowbell has a very chill night life. Our Server was named Sidney and she was super sweet. Attentive and friendly. I will be returning with my friends and asking for her. The aesthetics of the restaurant are homely but very classy. Overall, you should give this place a try. The food is priced really well for the portions!
