He thoroughly knows the menu, what drinks to order, and how to have a welcoming service. Every time we go to Napa on Providence it is an amazing experience. Napa on Providence is an absolute gem in the heart of Charlotte. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a truly exceptional dining experience. Let's start with the food - it was nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish we tried was a masterpiece of flavors and presentation. The ingredients were fresh, and it was evident that the chefs took great care in crafting each dish. The new fall menu offered a wonderful selection of options, and the attention to detail in every bite was outstanding. Whether you're a fan of meat focused or vegetarian cuisine, Napa on Providence has something to delight your taste buds. The atmosphere at Napa is both modern and inviting. The restaurant's interior is tastefully designed, creating a cozy yet upscale ambiance that is perfect for any occasion. The dimmed lighting and soothing background music added to the overall charm, making it an ideal setting for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. Service was impeccable. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Our server provided excellent recommendations, and the timing of each course was perfect. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable evening. Now, let's talk about the sommelier. Their expertise was evident as they guided us through their recommendations. Their recommendation perfectly complemented our meal and enhanced the overall dining experience. It's clear that the sommelier takes pride in curating a wine selection that caters to a variety of palates. And last but not least, dessert was the grand finale to our exceptional evening. The dessert menu featured a delightful array of sweet creations, and we couldn't resist trying a few. Each dessert was a work of art, and they tasted even better than they looked. We really enjoyed our meal at Napa. We had no issues getting a table on Saturday night around 6pm. The service was great as well. A few mishaps with forgetting bread and refills but nothing crazy. Overall a high quality experience. The food was great and the atmosphere was clean and modern. We got the steak and eggs and crab cake Benedict. Only complaint is the waiter did not inform us that buying four mimosas would exceed the value of a pitcher. It would have been courteous to inform us of that since it generated additional unnecessary expense. Other than that the service was good.

The restaurant week menu had quite a few options. The grilled hanger steak and shrimp was so good. The meatballs were also good. The ambience was nice and the wait staff were on point. Came again for Napa time. The food is so good. Meatballs, steak sliders, and goat cheese for $9 each. Can't beat it!

Came here for a friend’s birthday for dinner and food was good! I ordered their short rib and the meat was very tender. We had ordered the calamari for an appetizer and it was standard. Old fashion was okay, a little more on the sweeter side. Atmosphere was nice, but the acoustics were off. It was really hard to hear my friends talking and I was sitting in the middle of the booth. Our server was nice and attentive. Would recommend this place for a nicer occasion or night out.

We visited Napa for the first time on Valentine's Day and TOTALLY loved the experience. We had the crab cakes, lamb and duck and it was quite tasty! The desserts were really good too. On top of it all our waiter was super helpful and he gave excellent drink recommendations! Thank you all so much for making our valentine's day so special!
