Food is ok, however, with the speed it was made and the portion size, I feel bad for not giving it 5 stars. Service was great, staff is very friendly. It's a little old and seems a bit dirty, a bit loud. However, overall, you'll definitely leave the place full! It's solid. Prices are very affordable.

Diamond is literally a treasure. Spied this place while walking from bar to bar and immediately knew we had to go in. It's an old school place. Food in red baskets and all condiments in plastic ramekins. The homemade chips with ranch and pimento were terrific as was the fried pickles. The patty melt was also good. The service was warm, friendly and fast. I would totally return here and I hope it stays open for many more years.

We just discovered this place a few months ago (weird right???) and we live around the corner!!! This place is amazing, everything we have ever gotten there was so good, especially the fried pickles and lemon pepper wings! The mashed potatoes and gravy are also great! We will be back again and again I'm sure!

Tried this place for the first time, and it somehow fits the plaza midwood vibe perfectly. Walk-in in, you are transported back in time, but in the best way possible. The service was friendly and prompt, and they even have high chairs for kids! We started with the hush puppies, which arrived fresh from the fryer with that slightly sweet, fried goodness. Add a little butter on top and they were great! Then the main course arrived, the 2/3 lb burger. Well prepared and full of flavor, my only regret was I didn't savor it more when consuming. Great place to enjoy, especially later in the evening after having a few drinks, definitely a must try!
