Rai Lay Thai Cuisine

Visited for the first time today after looking forward to it for a long while. Did not Disappoint!! We had spring rolls and chicken cheese rolls and they were crispy and perfect. Bang bang shrimp was decent. The curries were perfection. Want to recognize the staff for being super nice. They were super nice!! I was clumsy and spilled curry all over my son. They were just so pleasant about it. They just helped clean up the place and helped my son with a towel to clean up too. I apologized a LOT - i was quite embarrassed :( Place met and exceeded my expectations - this is going to be a highly recommended place from me and frequently visited as well!!

This was a first time visit for us. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and just pleasant to be around. The holiday drink specials were delicious! The red Curry and Lad Nah was fantastic. We got the Lad Nah in a heat level 3 which was all of that. The Curry had just the right amount of heat. Summer rolls were fresh and crisp! We got 2 meals from each entrée which was very tasty for lunch the next day. Would definitely return! Food was prompt and HOT! We had no issues parking on the street at 6. Definitely return!

Finally got to try this place out for lunch with co-workers! Parking was a breeze since there's a free parking lot in the apartment garage next door. The food came out quickly and was delicious, and we even were given their hot and sour soup on the house! I had the sweet and sour chicken, and even though I just got the lunch portion, the portions were big enough to take home half. Will definitely be coming back soon!

This is such a cute and tasty little Thai restaurant. We were a group of 5 adults, and we all loved our food. The food here was so good that our out of town guest ordered his same chicken dish to go after dinner to eat the following day. We ordered shrimp curry and a few different chicken dishes - all excellent. We also ordered their Thai coffee martini and the lychee martini and both were perfect and not too sweet. This is definitely one of the places we will keep coming back to! 100% recommend!

The portion sizes are large so I would recommend sharing a dish with your loved ones. The crispy pad Thai wasn't that great so just go with the regular one. The space is a bit cramped as well and we went on new year's eve so it felt more tight. Make sure you get your reservation well in advance to avoid the rush.

I went kind of plain and got chicken fried rice. I have never had Thai food before but I honestly really enjoyed it. Their menu mentions to go down a spice level, definitely do that!! The rice was cooked to perfection and it comes with a little bowl of cilantro lime sauce on the side, and it mixes perfectly with the bowl's seasoning. I will say the chicken itself was a little dry, but other than that I enjoyed it. If you like Thai food I would definitely go here!

The food : My wife and I ate the Kao Soy Chicken. We had no complaints. The curry was wonderful ! It’s clear this restaurant knows how to make a good curry dish so we will definitely seek out this location in the future. Music : one of my biggest issues with the location was the music. It was non stop hip hop with cursing. It’s not my taste and it felt out of place. For the reason if I return it will be to order out , not to dine in. Customer service : our waitress was very attentive and kind. Overall aside from the music and the cooking crew taking their garbage outside through the main dining area we loved the experience.

Review on takeout order of 1. Gyoza 2. Basil chicken Honestly this place is great for a casual neighborhood Thai spot. My basil chicken was a little too salty but I feel like I can ask for it less salty next time. The flavors are certainly there. And don’t overlook the rice. I have a huge appreciation for well cooked rice and their white rice slaps.
