Libations Kitchen & Bar

This is a classy clean restaurant. The chefs were extremely accommodating to my diet and specifications. They went out of their way to cook a meal for me that was healthy for me to eat. The waitress Britanee gave excellent service. The manager visited us to inquire whether my meal was prepared to my satisfaction. I loved my meal. My husband loved his meal too. The chef prepared a toasted flat bread, grilled salmon , fresh spinach, and grilled pineapple in balsamic vinaigrette. It was prepared perfectly with the right amount of seasoning. I was truly grateful for their attention to detail. Highly recommended dining here

Libations is surprisingly good to be a hotel restaurant. The service was really good. There was only one person working as the server, bartender, cashier, host, and busboy. She was fast, attentive, and very friendly. I was not in a hurry and it wasn’t busy when I first ordered. Someone in a hurry might be a little frustrated on a very busy night. On a busy night, I recommend sitting at the bar to be seen and get faster service. I had the Libations burger with sweet potato fries and a side salad. The medium cooked burger was close to perfect. I also had a glass of Merlot and a sundae as dessert. The sundae was lackluster. The cookies were somewhat hard and not warm and the ice cream was extra frozen and initially hard like a brick. I didn’t ding the place for that given it’s a hotel restaurant. As I mentioned the host/waitress was amazing.
